What are the delivery charges?

We provide Standard deliveries at Rs 199 and Express deliveries at Rs 249 to all our customers in India. 

 

Order Dispatch Time Frame

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. While we priorities swift processing, customized or made-to-order items may occasionally experience delays. Our support team will keep you informed of any deviations from the standard dispatch timeline.

 

Delivery Partners

Sonawane Studios partners with trusted delivery services including Delhivery, Blue Dart and DTDC for secure and efficient order delivery within India.

 

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary based on your location. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Thane, Maharashtra. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation. Please note external factors such as natural disasters may impact delivery.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's status.

 

Delivery to Unserviceable Locations

If we are unable to deliver to your address due to remoteness or service limitations, we will promptly notify you and initiate a refund as per our refund policy.

 

Incomplete or Incorrect Information

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Sonawane Studios is not liable for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. Re-dispatching may incur additional shipping charges.

 

Addressing Delivery Concerns

Resolve delivery issues by contacting our courier partners directly using their customer service numbers or visiting their official websites.

 

Secure Payment

All payments made on our website are processed securely through encrypted channels to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your financial information.

We reserve the right to change the prices of our products without prior notice.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as technical errors or fraudulent activities.

In the event of a price change after you have placed an order but before it has been confirmed, we will notify you and give you the option to either accept the new price or cancel your order.

 

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.

The order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order; it is simply a confirmation that we have received your request.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
