We totally understand that sometimes an order may not fit quite the way you expected. In such case we do offer size exchanges if reported in 48 hours of parcel been shown as DELIVERED.
We also offer store credits if you’d like to exchange your item for a different style/product. Once the store credit is added to your account, you can use it to place a new order.
How do I initiate an exchange?
Simply email us at info@sonawane-studios.com with your order ID and contact details and size replacement. Also mention whether you want size exchange or store credits.
Once mail is sent, ship the product to our warehouse (Shop k-4, Sanghavi Estate, Near Vani Vidyalaya, Kalyan, Thane- 421301) with your name and order number written on it.
Once we receive the parcel and confirm the quality check, the exchanged piece will be shipped back to you. However, please note that we will only ship the exchanges parcel once. Post that, an additional shipping cost will be applicable (standard delivery).
What is the timeframe to request an exchange?
Within 48 hours of receiving your order. Post 48 hours we regret that we won’t be able to facilitate exchanges for any reason. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
What are the exchange charges?
If you’d like us to generate your pickup, a standard pickup fee of ₹199 would apply.
Please note that exchange is dependent upon the fact whether there is stock present of the desired size. If not, store credit will be offered to you.
When can I expect my replacement to arrive?
We will dispatch your replacement within 48 hours of your request. Delivery typically takes 5-6 business days.
What are the conditions for exchange?
Items must be unwashed, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Can I exchange for a different product?
No, we only provide size exchanges within the same product.
Can I request a refund after initiating an exchange request?
No, we don’t provide returns/refunds at the moment. Please read our returns/refund policy for more information.
What is the response time for exchange requests?
We aim to respond within 24 hours (48 hours during holidays).
What are my responsibilities as a customer?
Ensure secure packaging for return shipments. Indian customers enjoy a free pick-up service; international customers handle and cover return shipping costs.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Report issues within 48 hours of receipt for eligibility.
What happens if my item fails the quality check?
If an item does not meet our quality standards, it will be returned to you with shipping charges of ₹199/-. Please ensure product labels remain undisturbed.
What should I do if I receive wrong items?
Email us at info@sonawane-studios.com within 48 hours of the delivery with pictures and videos to substantiate your claim, and we will arrange pickup without deducting ₹199.
What should I do if I receive damaged items?
While our products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch, damages may occur during transit. We kindly request you to opt for a replacement in such cases.
Can an exchange request be converted to a return and refund request?
No, we don’t provide returns/refunds/cancellation at the moment. But we do provide you the option of store credit as well.
