How do I initiate a return?
To start the return process, please send an official email to info@sonawane-studios.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order ID, detailed contact information, and a brief reason for the return.
When will my items be picked up for return?
Our logistics partner will attempt to pick up the items within 2-3 business days after your request. If unsuccessful after three attempts, you will need to self-ship the items to claim a refund.
How long does the inspection and refund process take?
Upon arrival at our warehouse, it takes 3-4 business days to inspect and confirm the condition of returned items. Upon acceptance, we will initiate your refund.
What are my responsibilities regarding the returned package?
Please keep the package intact in unused condition with all original packaging and tags.

We process refunds within 6-7 business days, deducting a flat ₹249/- for shipping and operations charges.
What happens if my item fails the quality check?

While our products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch, damages may occur during transit. We kindly request you to opt for a replacement in such cases. Refunds will incur a logistics cost of ₹249/-.

Orders cannot be cancelled beyond the initial 24-hour window once they have entered the processing and shipping stages. Customers may reject the delivery at the time of receipt, and we will issue a refund deducting ₹249/- to cover operational and logistical charges.
